ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2024.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would invite my attention to representation dated 30.08.2024, in and whereby, the petitioner has requested the respondents to furnish the revelant records and demarcate the boundaries of schedule 'B' properties in numerate in the said representation after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The said representation was received by the respondents 1 & 2. The first respondent has sent a reply on 22.10.2024 2/5
in Na.Ka.No.421/2024 stating that the petitioner can visit the SubRegistrar on any working day and seek for necessary information that is required. Dissatisfied with the said reply, the present writ petition has been filed. Insofar as, the documents are concerned, the register, which are available with the Sub-Registar, the petitioner it is always open to obtain a certified copy of the same.

Insofar as the request for survey in the property and demarcating the boundaries of the schedule B property namely, the undivided half share in the 67 acres 95 cents in S.No.592, New Survey No.2681/1A situated at Vilpatti Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Madhura District, the petitioner can make an application after paying the necessary charges and there upon, the second respondent, subject to appropriate application being made along with necessary enclosures, shall act on the application made and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
