Advocate (Crl.side) C O M M O N O R D E R These applications are filed to set aside the order dated 14.09.2015 in Crl.M.P.Nos.977, 979, 978 and 980 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur and consequently, modify the condition imposed in C.M.P.Nos.1593, 4594, 4595 and 4596 of 2015 dated 01.07.2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur by deleting the condition in clause (b) in the bail order.
2. The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused for the offences under Sections 454 and 380 of I.P.C., were granted bail by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur on the condition that they should furnish sureties and one among them should be close relative of the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the condition is onerous and due to non-compliance of the condition, the accused are still in custody, despite they were granted bail on 01.07.2015.
4. It is an admitted fact that the petitioners are having four previous cases of similar nature and the condition was imposed to ensure their presence before the trial Court.
5. In view of the above facts, I do not find any force in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner and hence, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
