2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has also been laid before the Court concerned.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.22694 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
