ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 9, 39 (1)(a),(b),(d), 39(3)(a)(b)(c), 40(2), 49(A)(a) and 50 and 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 2002, in Crime No. 3 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner is having three previous including the case on hand. Threfore, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.
