O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent for not to harass and compel the petitioner to execute bond without following mandatory procedure under Chapter VIII of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was committed in the sand theft continuously.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant filed a complaint against the petitioner without any document. Based on the complaint, the Station Officer harassed the petitioner. Thereby, the petitioner filed this petition before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter. There is 16 previous cases are pending against the petitioner relating to sand theft.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter and 16 previous cases are pending, hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
