ORDER

This is an application filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to file a final report in the case registered in Crime No.33 of 2015, dated 04.09.2015.

2.The case of the petitioner is that on a private complaint filed before the learned Magistrate, Eraniel seeking direction to refer the complaint for investigation under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the learned Magistrate, in Crl.M.P.No.4981 of 2015 has issued direction to the respondent to register the FIR and thereupon only, the FIR was registered on 04.09.2015 in Crime No.33 of 2015.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is subsequently, there is no progress in investigation.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that inasmuch as the complaint has been registered only on 04.09.2015, the respondent need to have some breathing time to complete the investigation.

5.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
