ORDER

The petition has been filed to punish the respondent for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2548 of 2021, dated 12.03.2021, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.2 of 2014, as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation, filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.13 of 2022, on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
