The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 6 in Crime No.122 of 2023 registered on the file of the 1st respondent Police, for the offence under Section 420 IPC. Now, they have moved this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.122 of 2023 registered against them.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that after the investigation, the case in Crime No.122 of 2023 was closed as 'further action dropped' and RCS was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.
