O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue police direction to the second respondent and his life and limb from the hands of the respondents 3 to 5.

2. The case of the petitioners is that the parents made a complaint against their son as his son and two other persons had compelled to execute the sale deed in favour of the respondents 3 to 5. With regard to that the petitioners tried to lodge a complaint several times, however, the respondent police have refused to receive complaint from the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner sent the complaint on 06.04.2019 to the respondents 1 and 2 for taking necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5 and requested to give police protection to him. But till date, the respondent Police have not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are senior citizens. Till date the respondent police have not taken any action, on the complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 were harassed the petitioners continuously.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the father made a complaint against his son. In which, the respondent police have filed the C.S.R and the petition enquiry is pending.

5. considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed.

6. This Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
