This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation, dated 05.02.2021 submitted by the petitioner was registered as CSR No.88 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 05.02.2021 given by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits, within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.
