ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.08.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the wife wanted return of all the articles and that the husband appeared before the second respondent and admitted to return all the articles; but subsequently did not return. The fact remains that the husband has already moved the Family Court seeking the relief of divorce. 3.It is expressed on the side of the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to have re-union and in the event of husband wanting to get divorce from the petitioner, she would consider the request made by the husband.

4.Under such circumstances, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the respondent will proceed with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
