O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to produce the petitioner's son S.Ramkumar, S/o.N.Subburaj, aged about 23 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of this habeas corpus petition, an investigation was carried out by the fourth respondent and the 7th respondent, the employer of the detenue, appeared before the investigating officer and stated that the detenu has submitted his resignation letter at Kuwait. In this regard, the 7th respondent has also given a letter to that effect that he will send the detenu to India after a period of three months as per the Kuwait Labour Law.

3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
