Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10am until further orders), is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 10.30 am until further orders.
