RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and to deposit a sum of Rs. 15,000/- to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation trust fund as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)NO.15573/2017 dated 08/11/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public prosecutor the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15573 of 2017, dated 08.11.2017, for executing the Bail Bond and to deposit the amount. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner could not mobilize funds, he could not deposit the amount and produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the said submission.

that since the petitioner could not mobilize funds, he could not deposit the amount and produce the sureties in time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and executing the sureties are extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
