OP.(MD) No. 14474 of 2016 dated 18.08.2016 and to pass such further or other orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders) is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all the date of hearings without fail.
