Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's name is finding place in the history sheet list maintained by the third respondent. On going through the materials on record, I find that there is no justification for retaining the petitioner's name in the history sheet. Proceedings have been taken against the petitioner under Section 110 of CrPC. Other than that, he has not come under the adverse notice of the respondents for more than two years. Therefore, the respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet list maintained by the third respondent.
