ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.125 of 2018. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2018 of Narikudi police station is almost completed and sought three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.125 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
