O R D E R

This Court had already quashed the FIR as against the accused Nos.1 to 11 on compromise between the parties. That apart, the second respondent also does not want to continue the proceedings in Crime No.120 of 2020. They had also filed joint compromise memo, dated 11.02.2020.

2.In view of the above, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned FIR as against the petitioner alone. 3.This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.120 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
