Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records of the 1st Respondent in Rc.No.R1/4344/2011 dated 23-08-2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner for appointment to the post of Police Constable Grade-II for the year 2012.

JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The respondent herein applied for the Post of Grade II Women Constable and her candidature sought to be rejected on the ground that she did not fulfil the height qualification. 2.Similar Writ petitions were also filed by the aggrieved candidates and this Court ordered height and chest measurement to be done by the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai and as per the said measurement, the respondent herein fulfilled the height qualification and allowed all the writ petitions pertaining to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
height and chest measurement and challenging the same, the present Writ Appeal is filed by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board(TNUSRB).
3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the challenge made to the similar order in Writ Appeal (MD) No.1321 of 2014 ended in dismissal vide judgment, dated 14.11.2014 and following the same, Writ Appeal (MD) No.932 of 2016 was also dismissed on 06.06.2016. 4.In the light of the above stated two judgments, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Appeal also deserves dismissal and accordingly, the same is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
