Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.D.Poornachari, learned Standing counsel for the first respondent and Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel for the second respondent.
2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.10.2020, which has been preferred against the punishment of removal of service. 3.The learned Standing counsel for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the second respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal.

W.P.(MD).No.2542 of 2021 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
