ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent on 18.12.2020. But, the respondent police failed to take any action and hence, the petitioner filed this Petition.
3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that till date no such representation / complaint was received by the respondent police.
4.In view of the above, the petitioner is hereby directed to file a petition before the second respondent and on such petition, the second respondent is directed to take necessary action accordingly, as per law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
