Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.14203 of 2017, dated 07.11.2017, for executing sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners were affected by dengue fever, they could not produce the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the said submission.

4.
