Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G. GOMATHI SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10313 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12939 of 2017, dated 14.11.2017.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10313 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12939 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
