ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 294(b), 436 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.48 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. On going through the FIR and the confession given by A1, it is seen that due to business rivalry between A1 and the defacto complainant, the acts in question were committed. The accused have set fire to the auto as well as the shop of the defacto complainant. The loss was to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/-.
