2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly without any violation. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is still pending, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2017 made in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.6894 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8200 of 2017 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
