This is an application filed seeking direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.87 of 2010 on his file within a stipulated time.

2.In respect of a complaint preferred under Section 309 IPC originally, it was altered into Section 306 IPC in Crime No.87 of 2010.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious investigation.

4.There is an undertaking by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) that the respondent will complete the investigation within a period of three months.
