Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.A.RAMACHANDHRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13047 of 2017, dated 27.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly without any deviation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required. sd/- 03/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
