O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet (HS.No.343/2015) maintained in the second respondent Ambasamudram Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard Mr.S.Sundarapandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner's name has been included in the History Sheet as per the Police Standing Order 746. Since the petitioner is facing previous cases, the respondent police has maintaining a History Sheet including the name of the petitioner. Since all those cases were ended in acquittal, this petitioner filed the present petition to remove his name from the History Sheet (HS.No.343/2015) maintained by the second respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that for removing his name from the History Sheet (HS.No.343/2015), the petitioner already made a representation to the Law Enforcing Officer on 28.02.2019 and the Law Enforcing Officer will consider the said representation and pass appropriate order.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
