ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2021 from the file of the third respondent to some other agencies, within the period as stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 06.10.2021 as against the fourth respondent and the same is pending.

3. Considering the above, third respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3262 of 2022 conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 06.10.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 , conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
