RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated .10.10.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12486/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VEERANASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12486 of 2017, dated 10.10.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not complying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12486 of 2017, dated 10.10.

2017. 3.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is admitted at Vadamalayan Hospitals (P) Ltd., Madurai as inpatient and he is under treatment till today. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also conceded that the petitioner is hospitalized.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side that the petitioner is hospitalized, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is suspended till 31.01.2018. sd/- 03/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
