ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct first respondent to accelerate the investigation of Crime No.581 of 2020 and file a final report within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.581 of 2020 of Keelavalavu police station is almost completed and sought three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the respondents are directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.581 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
