Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 24.01.2017 onwards and the charge-sheet was filed in C.C.No.67 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District Court-Sub Court for EC and NDPS Act, Pudukkottai.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and petitioners are directed to report before the learned Additional District Court-Sub Court for EC and NDPS Act, Pudukkottai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter appear before the said Court on receipt of summons, without any fail.
