ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.no.8266/A2/2023 dated 18.01.2024. 2.The enquiry notice cannot be challenged in the writ petition. It is settled preposition of law. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is seen that the respondent issued notice under Section 77-A of the Registration Act. But, Section 77(A) of the Registration Act has been stuck down by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. However, the official respondents are having power under Section 2/4

83 of the Registration Act to conduct enquiry. Hence, the third respondent is permitted to conduct enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Internet : Yes vsg To:
