2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further he would submit that the Charge Sheet has been filed before the concerned trial Court, but it has not been taken on file.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
