ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.958 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District. to dispose the case pending in STC No.958 of 2021 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
