ORDER

The present case has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.47 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.

3. In view of the developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue such remedy as may be available to him under law before the concerned Magistrate.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
