Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner considering his representation dated 06.01.2020.
4. The third and fourth respondents herein are the wife and son of the petitioner. Due to family dispute, the petitioner has made a complaint before the 1st respondent as early as on 06.01.2020. Till date, the respondents have not considered the representation of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.3060 of 2020 directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the third and fourth respondents or to any other person interested, and afford an opportunity of personal hearing to both the parties and thereafter, dispose of the same in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
