ORDER : The Court made the following order : This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner / defacto complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent / accused by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.10802 of 2020.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the case has been altered by including the offence under Section 392 IPC, the same has not been placed before the Court properly. He further submitted that the jewels have not been recovered and therefore, he prayed for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent / accused.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent / State submitted that the petitioner / defacto complainant and the first respondent / accused, who are sisters, are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD)No.1260 of 2021 having a civil dispute and considering the same, anticipatory bail was granted by this Court.

4.Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court does not find any ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent / accused and this application is accordingly, dismissed.
