ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property in T.S.No.2587/A6 and A7 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.01.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by one G.Manikandan, enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and finding that the complaint of G.Manikandan makes out a case of criminal offence against the petitioner, which needs to be investigated by City Crime Branch, Madurai, the matter has been referred to the City Crime Branch, Madurai.
