2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is under progress.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in paragraph No.7(b) to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent Police at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders.
