ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.1881 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number in the year 2017 itself, the final report has not been filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
