ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's daughter namely, Selvi aged about 21 years and set her at liberty within a time stipulated fixed by this Court. 2.Pursuant to the orders of this Court on 07.02.2020, the alleged detenue, namely, Selvi has been produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner is also present. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the alleged detenue the daughter of the petitioner, is aged about 21 years. He would further submit that she was earlier married to one Ayyanar and that she has now gone along with her uncle, namely, Nagaraj.

4.This Court enquired her and she stated that earlier she was married to one Ayyanar and that now out of her own will and volition, she has gone along with her uncle-Nagaraj/third respondent and she is not in illegal detention.
