This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in civil dispute with regard to the Natham Poramboke land to the extent of 3 cents in Survey No. 196/14A and the U.D.R. Survey No. 949/3 at Velliyankari Street, Thirupparakundram, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
