2.Today(15.07.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the trial in the above case has already been commenced, six witnesses have been examined and for examination of the remaining witnesses, the case is posted to 30.07.2024. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial in CC No.179 of 2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
