ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2020 to remove or shift the alignment of overhead electric line passing over the patta land comprised in S.Nos.359/3A and 359/3B at Kampiliyampatti Village, Dindigul Taluk. 2.When the matter had come up, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has produced a letter dated 03.02.2020 issued by the third respondent to the petitioner rejecting the request for shifting the overhead electric line stating that if there is any dispute, the parties could work out their remedy before the civil Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any rejection order.

4.Considering the fact that orders have already been passed on the representation of the petitioner, no further order needs to be passed in the above writ petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly. The third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the rejection order dated 03.02.2020 upon the petitioner forthwith.
