ORDER
Seeking transfer of investigation in Cr.No.103/2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other impartial investigation Agency, this criminal original petition is filed.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is the defacto complainant, had lodged a complaint before the third respondent police, following which, first information report in Crime No.103 of 2022 was registered for the offence under Section 279 and 304(A) IPC. However, till then, no fruitful steps have been taken by the third respondent police. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation is going on.
4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5.It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already this Court, by order dated 07.02.2023, has passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2414 of 2023 directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police/ second respondent herein to monitor the investigation, even thereafter, there is no progress in conducting the investigation. In view of the same, investigation in Crime No.103 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent police is hereby transferred to CBCID, PUdukkottai District. The third respondent police is directed to hand over the entire case file regarding Crime No.103 of 2022 to CBCID within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The CBCID, PUdukkottai District, is directed to complete the investigation within four months thereafter.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
