ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.501 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the Petitioner along with two other accused wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and attacked him and threatened with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there is a dispute between accused and defacto complainant in consuming alcohol and A1 in this case has already been arrested and released on bail and the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case.

4.. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the injured in this case has already been discharged from the hospital.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the

petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, Theni District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
