Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is present. Counsel for the respondent is also present.

2.Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners for extending the interim stay order already granted by this court and also for non-representation of the petitioner before this court, on 23.01.2017.

3.The counsel for the respondent has not chosen to file counter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in the interim stay application, though sufficient time was granted by this court.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned for extending the interim order as well as the averments made in the memo filed by the petitioners, this court is inclined to allow the stay application. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the interim stay already granted is extended till the disposal of the revision.
