ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 953 of 2020 within a stipulated time.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.953 of 2020 of Sethubavachathiram police station is almost completed and sought two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.953 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
