Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners viz., (to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders), is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., 2nd and 4th Sundays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioners shall also report before the respondent police as and when required.
